For very blonde you should book heavy highlight or platinum. All over color is for one shade top to bottom.Touch ups are for less then 3 inches new growth and it will not include a cut unless you book the combo service. All Color services include your blowout unless you book a root touch up and go. Hair lengths are short (above shoulders), medium (at shoulder blades), and long (past that). If you're unsure, just send me a photo of your hair inspiration for help!
